Mentors of Bethany in America
What would be the best method of changing lives to become better prepared for success after failure and dysfunctional experiences?
MOBIA provides programs with mentors which reinforces self-image, self-worth, and support career placement and continuing education guidance.
Mentors identify people from local shelters, incarceration facilities, schools and churches who have personal questions and struggles in their journey to a productive life. Each mentor will establish personal relationships with these groups of participant to help them create and reestablish personal responsibility and accountability which in turn earns them a sense of pride and accomplishment.
The mission is to assist people to build a strong network of supportive and caring mentors to teach, model and communicate a way to become a productive member of society, better men, better women, better husbands, better father, sons, better wives and daughters.
To enhance potential, one must learn: To Reject Passivity, Accept Responsibility, Lead Courageously and Invest Eternally.
We are committed to this mission in making positive differences for people in all seasons of their life and we are asking for your generous support to fund our ongoing and future growth in programs serving your community.

2021 Goals
There are many goals to be achieved in 2021. Two of our primary goals help to make our remaining goals possible.
Mentors
As MOBIA grows, its services it will be essential to recruit new members who are trained as mentors.
All new groups will have a lead group leader with MOBIA mentors to work with the men. All groups are equipped with media, hardcopy, brotherhood guidance coaching and lifetime follow/up as graduate to be a MOBIA member. Rolling out expansion of training for new mentors locally and for those at a distance will be created and delivered on an online curriculum.
Fundraising:
MOBIA is a non-profit organization which must use fundraising to provide the professional expertise services which have become a proven service of outcomes.
Our awakening is the importance to communicate our lessons and messages to create a legacy of change. MOBIA should grow into a legacy and not a moment in time. Our board members and members are graciously blessed with a vision to grow the MOBIA program to its current level of services. With board members and friends, MOBIA has been capable to continue its services on a limited basis.
